We are all different and that is how I approach all of the people I work with. In my opinion this is the key to success in being effective personal trainer.

5 STEPS TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS

We start with meeting each other. I need to know you a bit more to be able to help you the best way possible. Tell me WHAT IS YOUR GOAL and when you want to achieve it. We will do body analysis and fill medical questionnaire. Then we discuss what have you been already doing to reach desired effects, what are your eating habbits and how much time you can allocate for training. Then we move on to short fitness test – easy, they are not the ones to marines. I mean checking your movement patterns, mobility and widely comprehended athleticism.

After step 1 and knowing you a bit better I can present you the best plan to approach you goals. I will explain it thoroughly and answer all the questions you might have. Then we will discuss how are future cooperation will look. If somehow I decide that I am not able to help you I will offer you a help of other specialist.

The time has come to work for the results. We begin to train. Your job is to come to the training – I will take care of the rest. I will guide you through the training: prepare, teach and throw in some extra motivation then you need it. Your body will be working but the head will be resting.

I am not going to lie to you that always only the training will be enough to reach your goal. Often some other changes will be needed as well. Probably you will have to change your eating habits, increase your acitvity level or rest sufficiently. But stress no more! I will also help you with that.

If you have done everything as you should, you will enjoy the results of your hard work. There is no other option – the science and years of professional experience stand behing us.

All of the time you will know what to do. When you decide to get diet plan you receive complex file that contains necessary recipes, shopping and product list. As well as their replacements and answers to frequently asked questions. Training plans contain: warm-up, main training, explanations, progression, teaching videos and many other elements.

Support and weekly checks

Our cooperation does not end when I send you the plan. You can contact me at any moment. I will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Also every week we analyze your progress and make any needed changes to make sure you are on the right path of achiving your goal.
